Your Body Finds Joy in the Inch and Moment

 Janine, my child, you are of love and only love. You walk in love and only love with Jesus and me.

Today finds you in awareness that your body loves. Your body speaks to you of its workings. In awareness and not denial you find the truths of your body. For so many years you hid from your own body.

You are now learning much about your body. What the world may say about your body does not reflect back to you in truth. To be still of heart and soul and be in relationship with Jesus and me has also taught you the truths of your body. 

In being still you hear the workings of your body in truth. The noise of the world wishes you to believe your body is as all others when it is not. 

Your story of your body belongs to only you. Yes, all hearts beat, my child, but all hearts also have their own story and the beats of each heart are different in the ways of each story.

Listen to what your body has told you in your yesterday for it is of a truth that has shown you the path to peace. Being aware in the quietness and solitude of heart and soul shows you the truth within each inch and moment.  Your body finds great joy in the inch and moment.
